    Job Purpose Responsible and accountable for the conceptualisation, design, creation and delivery of print and artwork for multiple business unit properties, including Customer Interface Screens (CIS), artwork for various marketing campaigns and direct marketing mailers.     • 3-5 years experience in print and digital design

    Key Performance Areas

    • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create graphics.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
    • Receive briefs and promotional requests from properties and business
    • Allocate and prioritise requisitions
    • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to share new design concepts, perspectives and ideas.
    • Construct the conceptual design plan, concept and layout for gaming and other marketing promotions, ensuring content remains fresh and exciting
    • Propose or provide advice on artistic designs and solutions
    • Design and create enticing graphics for deliverables using relevant systems and tools
    • Liaise with properties through Account Management with regard to concepts, ideas, deadlines, and promotional requirements
    • Select audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design.
    • Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
    • Present graphics solutions to relevant stakeholders and obtain approvals on final content against brief
    • Be an ideas bank of new innovation and concepts to be used as a foundation for content in line with business requirements
    • Close out any requests by quality assuring content and products prior to distribution to the units / relevant stakeholders
    • Follow-through on progress with relevant stakeholders to ensure timeous delivery in line with agreed SLA
    • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (including Unit and Group Marketing management) by promptly resolving queries; requests
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies through regular engagements to ensure quality service delivery
    • Report and provide feedback to management on progress and challenges
