GRM Data Analytics Manager Africa at The South African Breweries (SAB)

You will support and work with a highly dynamic and high performing team that is trained on data analytics, reviewing all areas of the organization to solve real business problems, understand underlying processes and make recommendations in order to add real value to the business. As GRM Data Analytics Manager, you are the go to person for the team and support and further uplift the analytical capabilities within the team. Key roles and responsibilities

• Using the Agile project methodology to solve complex and real business problems by analyzing and interpreting key business an d o perational data to prove or disprove hypotheses
• Act as a leader by supporting our team to ensure the right tests (hypothesis) and data analysis are performed using reliable and accurate data.
• Need to step out of your comfort zone and develop your contact network in a highly dynamic environment
• Be required to tackle new problems and learn new processes on average every quarter
• Be a manager of the global GRM team, focusing on Africa but available to add value in other zones when needed

Profile

• Curiosity, willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering value adding outcomes and improving our company by thinking and acting differently and challenging the status quo
• At least 3y of experience in data analytics with knowledge of MS SQL.
• Additional knowledge and experience with SAP data structures, PowerBI, R, Python, etc is aplus
• Ability to help solve the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainableway.
• Ability to quickly understand processes and highlight strategic, financial andoperational risks
• Great team player, able to transfer your knowledge to the rest of the team to help them develop further and bring data analytics within GRM to the next level
