• In this dynamic role, you’ll help drive profitability and ensure compliance that reflects the Rola Groups core values. You’ll work closely with F&I's within the Group and financial partners, always keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Matric
• Qualified F&I, not working under supervision
• Professional certification is mandatory: 
• RE5 certificate
• NCA accreditation
• Compliance "Fit& Proper" Verification 
• FAIS123 - Min 120 credits 
• Up to date CPD hours
• Previous experience as an F&I within a dealership required 
• Language proficiency requirements due to customer base: English & Afrikaans.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products.
• Proficiency in using finance and insurance software systems and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Promote Customer Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer enthusiasm and long-term loyalty.
• Sales of Value-Added Products: Drive production of VAPS and maximise 2nd GP of all F&I's.
• Team Overview: Manage daily activities of F&I's within the Group and all related processes.
• Finance Facilitation: Assist customers with financing options by working with lending institutions and presenting suitable financial solutions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all paperwork complies with government regulations and maintain accurate digital records.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on unit sales, gross profit, and F&I performance metrics.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with internal departments, suppliers, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Data Privacy & Quality: Safeguard customer information and ensure data quality meets required standards.
