Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
• Masters Industrial Psychology (Recommended/Desirable)
• Master of Business Administration (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

• 10 years Human Resources and or culture transformational experience (high performance and culture transformation, talent, leadership). With a minimum of 5 years experience at a Group level, working closely with senior managers and leaders. (Essential/Minimum) (Senior Management)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

• You must be a seasoned leader who is passionate about shaping cultures and fostering organisational growth.  
• You will work with the CEO and Chief People & Performance Officer as our Chief Culture Shaper helping us craft and nurture a workplace culture that embodies our values and drives employee engagement in the delivery of our strategy.  
• You will be the custodian of our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategy, as well as our employee value proposition, so you must have a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and best practices and ensure appropriate initiatives are in place to foster a vibrant and supportive work environment.
• You will also be responsible for guiding the organisation through transformative change, ensuring seamless transitions, and helping us develop forward thinking leadership programs to empower and elevate our teams.
