Group Operations Manager at IFS International Facilities Services

About the job
Purpose of the Role 

• To effectively support the IFS Operation to ensure sustainability and growth within our targeted countries, prioritising strong client relations, cohesive in-country Operations teams and improving contract financial performance. 
• To direct and grow the IFS portfolio of contracts to ensure world class facilities management and client service. 
• To drive the achievement of the group strategic and operational targets relating to contract management and expansion, business processes, profitability, resource management, compliance and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in commerce, business management or similar and at least 12 years’ experience in a related environment 

OR 

• At least 15 years’ experience in a related environment (preferably feeding in excess of 500 people) of which 8 should be in a senior management capacity with demonstrable competence in the strategic, business and commercial aspects of the management role
