    Operator Slicer

    JOB PURPOSE

    • To safely and efficiently operate and monitor bread slicing and bagging equipment, ensuring that products are correctly sliced, packed and coded according to required production, quality, food-safety, MECP and safety standards, while maintaining continuous product flow and achieving production targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Slicing & Bagging Operations

    • Operate and monitor slicers, baggers, conveyors and related equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Set and adjust equipment to achieve required product specifications and throughput.
    • Ensure bread is correctly sliced, packed and sealed with minimum product damage and waste.
    • Verify correct packaging materials and product specifications are used.
    • Monitor equipment for abnormalities, jams and defects and report/escalate immediately.

    Quality, Coding & Food Safety

    • Conduct routine quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.
    • Verify correct batch/date coding and ensure codes are clear, accurate and legible.
    • Identify, isolate and report non-conforming product.
    • Maintain GMP, HACCP, food-safety, hygiene and product-integrity standards.
    • Prevent contamination and foreign-material risks.

    MECP – Clean as You Go

    • Apply the MECP (Clean as You Go) principle throughout the shift.
    • Keep equipment, conveyors, floors and work areas clean, organised and free from product build-up and waste.
    • Clean spills and product remnants immediately.
    • Follow cleaning schedules and work instructions.
    • Maintain the workstation to the required MECP and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure the area is handed over to the next shift in a clean, safe and production-ready condition.

    Production & Equipment

    • Achieve planned production targets and maintain efficient product flow.
    • Minimise downtime, product losses and packaging waste.
    • Complete required production and quality records accurately.

    Solution Architect

    • The Solution Architect(SA) is responsible for creating and maintaining technology solution designs covering conceptual, logical and physical architectures. The SA will be experienced in domain architecture spanning (but not limited to) Process, Business, Application, Security, Data, Integration, Infrastructure and Cloud.     Demand Planner: HPC

    • You are part of the S&OP team responsible for the creation of a demand plan for categories within the respective portfolio. You are responsible for delivering a weekly demand plan for the customer groups and SKUs within the categories under your responsibility. You collaborate with the Supply Chain analytics team to define the statistical baseline forecast and ensure forecast accuracy.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Set up statistical forecasting models (e.g., time-series, regression) in SAP IBP for 12-60 months
    • Cleanse historical forecast data to correct the baseline in SAP IBP and ensure data quality, and harmonization for accurate forecasting

    Customer Marketing Analyst

    • The Customer Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to enable the customer marketing team to deliver competition beating commercial propositions.
