    Summary:

    • A leading global pharmaceutical business based in Durban is currently looking for a Group Rewards Specialist to join a dynamic and experienced team. The successful candidate will be working with a diverse team providing market related intelligence on remuneration and benefit schemes.

    Description
    Group Rewards Specialist responsibilities:

    • Reviewing and benchmarking market data to inform compensation decisions.
    • Reporting on remuneration levels based on region and country.
    • Identifying a gaps within remuneration and benefits and escalating these matters.
    • Developing annual remuneration proposals based on budgets and market intelligence.

    Group Rewards Specialist requirements:

    • Global remuneration professional with relevant degree or diploma.
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a rewards specialist function.
    • Medical Aid Fund and Retirement Fund experience necessary.
    • Pharmaceutical experience advantageous.
