With a recently appointed CHRO focused on building a talent capability from the ground up, we are looking for a Talent Manager with passion and presence and the energy to build a talent function that places people at the heart of the organisation. The CHRO is committed to your development and growth. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but being passionate about talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, L&D, Leadership Development and succession is not negotiable. This is a roll up your sleeves job, writing job descriptions and the like, engaging with business and its people directly.
