• Proven management of work related to the Service Line.
• Experienced in managing and co-coordinating complex and time-restricted activities.
• A high degree of planning and organisational skills for assigned remits.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in handling multiple projects/tasks with tight deadlines.
• Effective time management skills.
• Provide regular and focused toolbox talks/workshop meetings and record attendance.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of the industry, best practices, Health and safety and regulatory compliance.
• Sound technical experience.
• Hands-on, hard-working and ready to roll your sleeves up.
• Be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution.

Skills/Experience:

• Heavy Vehicle Technician Trade Test with a minimum of 5 years of "hands-on" working experience in construction, maintenance and technical workshop management.
• Franchised Brand Technical Training Advantageous.
• ABS EBS Wabco Training Advantageous.
• 5 - 10 years of Experience in a similar position leading two or more workshops in various countries in Africa.
