    Growth Marketing & Brand Specialist

    The Opportunity 

    • You will take ownership of our digital presence, employer branding, lead generation, content creation and marketing initiatives across the business. 
    • You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in attracting clients, candidates and opportunities across multiple markets and industries. 
    • This is a role where your ideas will be heard, your impact will be visible and your growth will be supported. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Brand Growth & Social Media 

    • Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. 
    • Develop and execute monthly content and growth strategies. 
    • Build brand awareness, engagement and market visibility. 
    • Promote company culture, success stories, vacancies, thought leadership and business initiatives. 
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. 

    Content Creation & Video Marketing 

    • Create engaging content across multiple platforms. 
    • Develop and execute short-form video content strategies. 
    • Film, edit and publish content that drives engagement and brand awareness. 
    • Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach. 
    • Collaborate with consultants and leadership to create valuable industry content. 

    Recruitment Marketing 

    • Develop campaigns that attract top talent. 
    • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns. 
    • Improve candidate attraction and application rates. 
    • Promote opportunities across digital channels. 
    •  Analyse and optimise campaign performance. 

    Lead Generation & Commercial Growth 

    • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns designed to create new business opportunities. 
    • Build and maintain segmented prospect databases and marketing audiences. 
    • Identify, research and profile target companies and decision-makers. 
    • Support business development initiatives through digital campaigns and outbound marketing. 
    • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. 
    • Track lead generation performance from first engagement through to qualified opportunity. 
    • Continuously test and improve lead generation strategies and channels. 

    Content & Copywriting 

    Create professional content for: 

    • LinkedIn 
    • Facebook 
    • Instagram 
    • TikTok 
    • Company website 
    • Blogs 
    • Newsletters 
    • Email campaigns 
    • Candidate campaigns 
    • Client campaigns 
    • Corporate presentations 

    Creative Design 

    • Design professional marketing materials using Canva. 
    • Create social media graphics, campaigns and promotional content. 
    • Develop employer branding initiatives. 
    •  Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels. 

    Website & Digital Presence 

    •  Assist with website content updates. 
    • Support SEO and online visibility initiatives. 
    • Ensure vacancies are advertised accurately and timeously. 
    •  Monitor and maintain online brand reputation. 

    Analytics & Performance 

    • Produce weekly and monthly reports. 
    • Track campaign performance, engagement, website traffic and lead generation results. 
    •  Analyse performance and recommend improvements. 
    •  Monitor return on investment across marketing activities. 

    Innovation & AI 

    • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, content creation and marketing performance. 
    • Continuously explore smarter and more efficient ways of working. 
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and digital trends.

    • Experience using lead generation tools and marketing platforms. 
    • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness. 
    • Strong analytical and reporting capability. 
    • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. 

    Advantageous 

    • Recruitment or staffing industry experience. 
    • SEO experience. 
    • Website management experience. 
    • Graphic design and video editing experience. 
    • Experience with CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
