• Boxer Superstores is looking for three GRV Clerks to join the GRV team within the finance department, on contract at head office in Westville, Durban.
• Purpose: As a GRV Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of administration data and source documents, including service departments.

Minimum Requirements    
Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a matric qualification (Grade 12)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyzedata reports effectively
• Fair knowledge of SAP –training will be provided
• Good knowledge of BOMM system
• Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient in mathematical and accounting skills
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously due the vacancy being a hybrid rolePOSITION:

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Account for all electronic documentation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through reconciliations
• Perform electronic audits of invoices
• Process invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner
• Balance monthly and weekly reports
• Analyzepetty cash from stores and post the necessary transactions
• Handle creditor-related tasks efficiently
