GTN Analyst Controller at SC Johnson

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison for the accruals process and will lead the sales investment forecasting/accruals along with the F&PA team.
• Analysing the opportunities to reduce GTN by account and presenting them monthly.
• Allocating quarterly/monthly GTN by account in line with budget and plans.
• Collaborate with external and internal audits to comply on expectations.
• Onboard employees on the Sales Investment process (TS) and conduct trainings for the sales force
• Collaboration between multifunctional team ranging from sales, sales operations, FP&A and account receivables
• Own the KPI´s that affect sales investment and find opportunities to improve process, technology (PnL tool and ROI tool) or development
• Managing the returns line policy and process with the KAMS and logistics.
• Leading weekly/monthly GTN meetings with finance and sales team.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Requires strong excel knowledge.
• Accounting background is preferred.
• BCOM Degree, or any relevant business/sales qualifications
• 2yr experience minimum in FMCG environment with sales analytics role or key account role
