What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service or contact center roles.
• Customs knowledge and courier experience will be an advantage
• Skills: Communication, problem-solving, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
• Tech: Intermediate computer literacy and solid analytical skills.
• Education: Matric and Customs/Logistics related qualification
