    Role Outline

    • To maintain stock levels of the pick, intermediate a frame and bulk locations areas by picking and replenishing in accordance with the system generated document/scanner as per SOP. Ensure scanning is done in sequence and maintain targets within each cycle.

    Night Shift Supervisor - Epiroc

    Role Outline

    • To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the inventory team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development. Responsibility for maintaining and managing inventory integrity. To ensure the procedures pertaining to all functions within the Receiving Inventory Department of the Distribution Centre is carried out, with utmost professionalism and to ensure smooth transition between principal and the company. To work in conjunction with Managers, monitor, develop and allocate work to group subordinates in specific.     Key Tasks/ Accountabilities

    OGA Backline Advisor

    • Ready to shape the future of work? We’re looking for a OGA Backline Advisor to be responsible for the daily management of all Government State Warehouse (GSWH) recoveries in accordance with legislative requirements.

    What you’ll own
    Customer & Stakeholder Management

    • Maintain daily communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding GSWH recoveries.
    • Liaise with GSWH stakeholders on forfeited shipments and provide updates on recovery status.
    • Collaborate closely with JNB Bond, CPT Bond, and Operations teams regarding lodging and retrieval of shipments.
    • Ensure effective communication of finalized recovery cases to ACA teams.
    • Communicate all non-compliance cases and ensure GEMA FTR cases are opened and escalated as required.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Prepare, verify, and submit all retrieval documents for Customs in line with legislative requirements.
    • Conduct thorough checks on all documents prior to submission to prevent delays, penalties, and financial exposure.
    • Ensure all UG slips are safely stored, filed, and uploaded accordingly.
    • Process BTC and Write-Off documentation using the latest DoAG forms as prescribed by ZA Finance.
    • Ensure proper documentation for all consignments requiring GSWH retrieval.

    Process Management

    • Monitor, acknowledge, and process all retrieval requests within the agreed SLA (5–7 working days).
    • Plan and schedule daily and weekly GSWH retrieval activities.
    • Maintain accurate daily system updates, record keeping, and workflow management.
    • Update and maintain the database with complete and accurate information.
    • Ensure timeous upload of deposit slips to GI and maintain control documents up to date.
    • Ensure all finalized cases are deposited into GSWH and that UG/abandonment letters are uploaded for completion.

    Financial Control

    • Understand all penalty types, charges, and financial impacts associated with GSWH processes.
    • Liaise with Finance for all Provisional Payments and submission of applicable storage fees.
    • Communicate, collect, and ensure proper billing of due storage charges.
