Requirements

• Experience in Pastel Evolution is non-negotiable
• Own, reliable transport
• Hardworking, enthusiastic and admin-driven
• Self-starter,
• Well-spoken and fully bilingual
• Passionate about food and wine
• Excellent interpersonal skill and enjoy working independently as well as with a team.
• The ideal candidate must be very well-organised, have a great telephone manner and be able to work under extreme pressure

Duties

• Ensure supplier accounts details are current and up to date
• Check and ensure all relevant documentation is received, approved and processed
• Process supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Follow up on discrepancies
• Monitor and follow up on all outstanding supplier documentation
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules
• Receiving, handling and reconciliation of petty cash
