MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 10 (Attach certified proof)
• 0-1 years’ experience required

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure construction work, safety procedures and guidelines are complied with and tasks executed in accordance with standards associated with quality workmanship.
• Ensure that the stormwater network is well maintained and to install new stormwater infrastructure as required.
• Ensure scheduled planned and predictive maintenance cycle and work procedures are carried out.
• Ensure that communication channels are effective and that information is obtained and shared.
• Ensure all requirements are adhered to during the execution of duties.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE POST

• Required to work in all weather conditions.
• Required to work overtime and/or outside normal working hours during emergencies and planned overtime.
• Must perform duties in the whole municipal area.
