Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Health and safety standards are adhered to and training is provided
• Black box management
• Managing clear internal & external communications throughout the club
• Ensure outstanding member service is constantly delivered in the club
• Managing, implementing and monitoring brand standards
• Managing supplier relationships
• Managing of relevant budget expense control and assisting with capex
• Driving member and staff satisfaction initiatives
• Maintaining quality facilities and equipment
• People management which includes, recruitment, performance management, and team development
• Management of MOD and rosters

Minimum requirements

Matric qualification essential

• 1-2 years proven experience within an operations or similar environment
• A solid understanding of basic preventative maintenance, completion of Maintenance Journey pref.
• Previous team management experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be solutions oriented and have an overwhelming desire to attend to our members
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays
• Must be computer literate with MS Office programmes
• Experience in working with elements of the Occupational Health and Safety
