Be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Corporate Finance Business Administration, or related fields.
The Master’s Degree is desirable in Commerce, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Must have 10 – 12 years of general management experience, a minimum of 5 years should be in a senior management role.
5 years of senior management experience in a commercial deal structuring environment either in the private or public sector.
5 years’ experience in business feasibility analysis.
2 years experience in commercial contract management and legal environment.
A sound knowledge of Investment/deal structuring and evaluation.
A good understanding of capital funding.

Responsibilities
Develop and drive a dynamic and innovative commercialisation vision for SANParks with a strong focus on short, medium, and long-term income-generating strategies for tourism business development.
Implement and monitor the strategic plan for commercialisation in line with SANParks and National Treasury requirements.
Advise and negotiate on key commercial terms including valuation and deal structure for tourism PPP transactions.
Ensure that all agreements reached are financially, commercially, and legally sound.
Ensure sound financial, technical, and legal management of all PPP transactions.
Manage and retain solid internal and external stakeholder relationships at the strategic level.
Provide leadership, development, and management of human capital.
Maintain SANParks leadership in the tourism PPPs environment.
