JOB DESCRIPTION

Set and cascade the operations strategy in alignment with functional strategy, and ensure resources are in place for its execution. Provide input into the High Net Worth SA Strategy Design. Assist Head High Net Worth in driving Strategic Initiatives. Drive and manage the enhancement of business enablement through improvement of all levels of sales and service delivery in Banking, Trust and Fiduciary, Specialised Lending, Offshore and Wealth Management within Wealth & Investment. Drive and manage the development of business enablement tools aligned to Wealth & Investment’s expectations in order to meet Net Promoter Score and sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Business Commerce Degree

Experience

• 8 - 10 years' experience in the Financial Services, particularly in a customer- driven, customer – facing environment and leading Teams operations. Knowledge of general banking practices and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of the features, benefits and value proposition of Wealth and Investment’s product and service offerings. Knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of business economics and the current economic environment.
• 3 - 4 years experience in operations, process and systems, logistics, space planning, IT
