Job Description

• To be accountable for the credit risk management function (e.g., credit evaluation, concentration risk, industry exposure, etc.) for Personal and Business Banking for an allocated province in line with the broader PBB SA Credit and PBB Risk objectives.

Qualification: 

• Post-graduate in Finance (Accounting, Audit or relevant)

Experience Required

• 8-10 years experience in developing credit risk management frameworks and managing a credit function within a large financial institution.
• Experience of Credit Risk assessment and evaluation including financial statements, Credit Risk management acumen, commercial acumen, regulatory requirements for lending OR experience in Internal Audit / Risk Assurance / Specialised Lending
• Management of a team across geographies.
• Exposure to Credit strategy development.
