    Head: Digital Sales (Product)

    Job Purpose

    To deliver sales teams results through enabling others, and ensure alignment to Nedbanks' strategic focus areas.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drive a cross skilled group of individuals in an agile squad format to achieve product growth targets for the Digital business
    • Set clear sales strategies to achieve exponential growth for digital sales
    • Work with Segment and Solution teams to derive optimal Digital value propositions to drive growth
    • Use data insights to understand key levers to improve sales outcomes
    • Understand the Digital value chain and funnel and drive optimal output in line with market best practice.
    • Influence key stakeholders to support and drive the digital sales outcomes and maximum throughput.
    • Establish daily disciplines to achieve digital sales excellence
    • Inspire and grow the cross functional team to achieve digital goals
    • Work with chapter leads from across the cluster to achieve optimal performance outcomes
    • Collaborate with other Digital sales heads to ensure cross product excellence and a client first outcome
    • Drive both New to franchise growth and optimal cross sell on digital channels.
    • Set and allocate quality sales targets for the team. Review sales targets against performance
    • Drive sales growth in correct segments in line with Cluster objectives.
    • Drive optimal cost to sell and return on investment for digital product.
    • Contribute to the digital business’ overall to achieve a First in digital outcome in market.
    • Live the Nedbank leadership values, whilst playing to win in the market place
    • Identify & Resolve barriers or blockers to enable growth in sales.
    • Ensure effective resource capacity and planning.
    • Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.
    • Encourage team to generate innovative ideas and share knowledge.
    • Manage budget costs within budgeting constraints.
    • Manage performance of staff by implementing performance agreements aligned for all squad members and ensuring a clear vision.
    • Maintain a high performing team and ensure an environment for optimal performance.

    Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

    • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

    Minimum Experience Level

    • Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role
