Commercial approver for all quotations within the determined discount structure
Direct sales of Anton Paar equipment and services to customer
Develop and manage an effective sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales and margin targets
Effective management of the opportunity pipeline (forecasting) according to the Anton Paar group standard
Effective management of the activities of the sales team according to the Anton Paar group standard
Execute Marketing strategy including campaign management, Exhibitions, seminars etc.
Management and resolution of customer complaints .
Effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new revenue through prospecting, lead/funnel follow-up and effective territory management in a broad base of industries and applications
Visit customer sites on a regular basis to give sales presentations, perform instrumentation demonstrations and installations of new products as well as training customers on the correct use of equipment
Management of Key accounts
Ensuring correct stock and demo equipment levels are maintained
Support other Head of BU’s with resources when required
Liaise with the Head of BU’s within the Anton Paar group
Frequent travel will be required
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering ,Physics, Chemistry or another technical discipline is required
At least 4-7 years’ experience in technical sales of analytical instruments
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Must possess strong analytical problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
