Job Description
- We are partnering with a leading South African retail organisation to identify an exceptional Data & Analytics Executive on a 4-month fixed term contract to lead and transform an established enterprise Data & Analytics function.
- This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a senior executive who can drive enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, KPI governance and data strategy while leading high-performing teams across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
We're looking for someone with:
- 10+ years' experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence or Enterprise Reporting
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading enterprise analytics and reporting teams
- Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable business value
- Exposure to cloud data platforms, Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, SQL and modern analytics environments
- Retail or similarly complex enterprise experience will be highly advantageous.
