Job Description

• We are partnering with a leading South African retail organisation to identify an exceptional Data & Analytics Executive on a 4-month fixed term contract to lead and transform an established enterprise Data & Analytics function.
• This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a senior executive who can drive enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, KPI governance and data strategy while leading high-performing teams across a complex, multi-vendor environment.

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence or Enterprise Reporting
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience leading enterprise analytics and reporting teams
• Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and performance reporting
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable business value
• Exposure to cloud data platforms, Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, SQL and modern analytics environments
• Retail or similarly complex enterprise experience will be highly advantageous.
