Minimum Bachelor’s Degree- preferably in Business Administration
Working experience in Commercial management & Direct Sales Experience
Experience in Management of a sales force in direct sales channel (preferably in consumer goods products)
Experience in Sales Management: recruiting, coaching, leading teams, setting ambitious targets and close follow-up of such targets implementing control action
Fluent in English (fluency in any other languages are advantageous)
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build motivational relationships in a (mainly) female and highly emotional environment
Flexible and able to adapt to different social and educational backgrounds and personalities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a sales structure by recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining sales representatives
Manage direct and indirect reports
Detect talent within the sales team, promote and support career development
Collaborate efficiently with team in the field, on a 60-70% time basis
Collaborate efficiently and ethically with General Manager and peers
Formulate and monitor reliable sales forecasts
Set targets in order to achieve and surpass profitable results
Prepare, establish and report weekly and monthly sales
Draw up and monitor plans assigned to market
Analyse results and implement adapted actions to achieve and surpass targets
Implement together with your team, on a long-term basis, an after sales service oriented in permanently satisfying existing customers
Designs and implements the commercial strategy of the company for the entire market
Steer the commercial tools (incentives, remuneration system, promotions, bonuses, recognitions, team Career development, marketing initiatives, etc.)
Defines the sales processes and policies
Achievement of recruitment, activity and productivity targets
Build and manage an independent sales force of advisors
