Head of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at Salt South Africa

Key Requirements:

• BA (Hons) Psychology (mandatory)
• 8+ years in a managerial role
• Expertise in strategy execution, operations, and financial management
• Strong background in Employee Wellness Programs (EWP) & the corporate sector
• Proven experience in team leadership, performance measurement, and staff development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license & own vehicle (essential)
• Availability outside standard hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business and improve service delivery
• Oversee financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Manage client relationships, contracts, and compliance
• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance
