• Income Statements with Year-End Outlook

• GP Analysis on Invoiced Sales
• Aging Inventory and Inventory movement reporting - with quarterly provisions for aging inventory
• Sales Order Summary with future outlook
• Breakeven Analysis
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Flux Analysis
• Budget vs Actual Analysis
• Monthly Interpretation of Financial Performance
• Compile Consolidation Pack
• Financial Analysis
• Monthly Reporting to BOD and Financial Review with CFO and FP&A

• Releasing Payments on Bank (and process payments when colleague is absent)
• Foreign exchange rate monitoring and risk management
• Biweekly Free Stocks and Inventory Management as well as meeting with stake holders in order to manage stock levels and report back to HQ
• Weekly AR Management to improve DSO and to report back to HQ
• Onboarding of employees on payroll system as well as any amendments
• Monthly Salary computation and Salary Report and Salary payments
• Bi-weekly Wage computation and payment
• STAT South Africa Submission (quarterly)
• Monthly Unemployment Insurance Fund submission
• Monthly VAT review
• Any additional Ad Hoc financial functions as required by HQ
• Corporate Governence: Annual BEE Submissions

Sales:

• Compile Monthly Sales and Collected Orders Report
• Compile Monthly Sales Exec Summary with Sales Data
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, Sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Compute Selling Price Factors
• Computing pricing models on projects and one-on-one sales when required
• Management:
• Management, assisting and guidance of 2 employees.
• General meetings with co-managers and employees regarding any operational subjects that needs attention
• Monthly Executive Business Review:
• Compile any additional information requested before meetings
• Attend meeting

Annual/ Bi-Annual Functions:

• EMP Tax: Approve submission to SARS (bi-annually) and distribute EMP's to employees (annually)
• Company Tax: Approve provisional Tax computations payments (bi-annually)
• Assist in preparation of Audit File for Auditors
• Complete Fraud and Error Questionnaire

Year- End Review:

• Compile reports necessary for the year-end review meeting
• Compile annual budget

Financial Management of Subsidiary Company:

• Check TB and do reclassification journals (if needed)
