    Head of Human Resources

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources. (Master’s preferred)
    • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a research or healthcare setting.
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.

    • As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CAPRISA’s human resources strategy and ensuring the well-being of our diverse team. Your responsibilities will include:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with CAPRISA’s mission and vision.
    • Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development.
    • Recruitment and Talent Management:
    • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
    • Develop and implement effective talent management practices.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a healthy work environment.
    • Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Handle employee contracts, benefits, and payroll administration.

    Learning and Development:

    • Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for staff.
    • Implement training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
