Job Description
- Accountable for the operational management of the full suite of legal services across the AECI Group.
- Responsible for the Mergers and Acquisitions across the AECI Group
- Accountable for Corporate Legal and Regulatory Affairs
- Accountable for drafting and rolling out Legal policies and procedures across the AECI Group
- Responsible for reporting and implementation of Legal standards
- Responsible for the management of work streams in collaboration with the relevant Senior Legal Counsels
- Maintain relationships with external legal advisors, local and cross border
- Stay abreast of Legal Legislation, Compliance and Regulatory issues, locally and cross-border
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB/LLM
- MBA will be advantageous
- Admitted Attorney/Advocate
- 8-10 years’ work experience in a legal environment
- Computer literacy essential
- Knowledge and experience of corporate policies and process is important
