Optimi is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Communications candidate to drive the marketing and communication function in the group, supporting our various divisions to become the education partners of choice in their respective markets. The person will lead a team of managers and specialists, implementing the group’s marketing and communication strategy.

We are looking for an excellent problem-solver and implementer, with strong creative, communication, and team leadership skills. The person should ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and marketing management, including brand awareness, digital marketing, the design, and implementation of marketing campaigns, as well as marketing budgeting and cost management. The person must have a post-graduate degree in the field of marketing and communications.

The vacancy is based in Centurion, with limited travel in SA, this person will join a highly energetic senior team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, working on providing accessible and innovative education solutions in SA and globally.
