WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
6+ years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in a senior position at team management level or similar
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at communicating complex processes to groups of people
Passion for creativity and facilitating the creation of great work
Experience establishing processes, training team members and enforcing them in order to deliver great work to clients
Structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams at a time to meet deadlines
Self-motivation to work in a remote environment
Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
Product-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
Updated knowledge of market and production trends
Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details
Strong people development skills, ability to mentor others on craft, process and leadership
