Key qualification and experience required for the Head of Programmes:
- Post graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
- MBA / Master’s degree is preferred
- CA (SA) or CFA is advantageous
- Experience in Project Methodology (Prince 2, PMP, MSP) is advantageous
- 7-10 years of management experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior client facing role
- Understanding of SME management and development
- Extensive experience and track record of leading a team – NB
- Banking / Financial Services industry experience - NB
