Key qualification and experience required for the Head of Programmes:

• Post graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• MBA / Master’s degree is preferred
• CA (SA) or CFA is advantageous
• Experience in Project Methodology (Prince 2, PMP, MSP) is advantageous
• 7-10 years of management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior client facing role
• Understanding of SME management and development
• Extensive experience and track record of leading a team – NB
• Banking / Financial Services industry experience - NB
