Head of Transformation 

• Grade 12 / Standard 10 / Matric / NQF 4 / Diploma / Degree
• Minimum of 5  years’ experience in the Insurance industry is an added advantage
• Strategic and business management experience
• 5 - 10 years’ management experience including experience in Transformation/BBBEE
• Strategy development and management
• Leadership capability, relationship & conflict management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of BBBEE and other relevant legislation
• Experience in Sustainability / Risk management
• Systems / Integrative thinking
• Project management and planning & organising skills
• Shared Value understanding
• Business Acumen
• Strategic and system thinking
• Negotiations skills
• Change management skills
• Direct management of the Transformation budget

Represent the Company on SAIA committees in respect of Transformation, among others:

• Transformation Committee
• Enterprise Development & Supplier Development committee
• Access to services committee
• Consumer Education committee
• HR committee

Management representative on the Company committees:

• Social, Ethics and Sustainability board subcommittee
• Employment Equity Forum

Human Resources subcommittee of the board

• Work with the broader relevant teams that are accountable for transformation pillars as assigned by executive heads
• Drive key transformation initiatives across client, supplier, business partner and greater society which require collaboration, input and execution by various parties (over whom this role has no direct authority)
• Work with key internal stakeholders to produce thinking and design work on the Transformation strategy and the execution thereof
