Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include;
Leading the Transactional Banking Sales function across all South African regions, focusing on the Business Banking Segment.
Developing and implementing a robust sales execution strategy that aligns with the overall Transactional Banking objectives.
Delivering innovative Transactional Banking solutions, adding value in all customer interactions.
Instilling best-in-class sales practices within the team to maximize sales success.
Expanding the scope of the sales effort to cover Customer Value Propositions (CVPs), client solutions and structuring, pricing, deal support, credit risk management, relationship management, product onboarding, impairments, and marketing.
Optimizing and develop the team through skills development in cash management, trade & working capital, leadership practices, and relationship management.
Managing stakeholder relationships across the bank to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales model and optimal access to clients.
Driving thought leadership across sectors, segments, and geographies.
