Help Desk Administrator provide support to a company's clients. Essential job duties for this role include ensuring a pleasant customer experience, diagnosing, and solving customer issues, managing customer accounts, taking incoming phone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer satisfaction
Manage all desk administrative duties
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved
