Job Advert Summary    

The People Shared Services Team is looking for an HR administrator to effectively action Recruitment, HR and benefit related admin transactions, in a centralized support function according to Company Policy, Process and Compliance within agreed SLA timeframes.

Required Knowledge and Experience    

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong administrative & organisational skills
• Strong PC literacy, MS office and Sage people (Helpdesk experience advantageous)
• High Accuracy with attention to detail
• Problem solving
• Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills
• Stress tolerance and excellent time management skills
• Deadline driven
• Report writing

Required Experience

• 2- 3 years in a Generalist Human resources Assistant or Administrator position
• 1 of which has been solely responsible for the full life cycle of on-boarding, off-boarding or processing of internal movements.

Educational Requirements    

• A relevant Diploma or Degree would be advantageous
