Apply data problem solving skills to design and implement accurate Advanced Analytics solutions from concept to launch
Empathize with internal customers to understand their needs, with a user centric approach and method. Co-create with colleagues and internal customers to identify the best approach that meets user, business and technical needs
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on complex data analysis such as machine learning

Your professional profile includes:
Degree in business, economics, organizational psychology, information technology, data science or statistics
6+ years of analytics, statistics or data science in a corporate environment preferred, but open to more junior profiles as well
Experience of working in, or closely with, Human Resources
Experience in project management and working in cross-functional analytics initiatives
Experience working with financial or workforce data an advantage
