What role will you play as a member of the Human Resources team?
The HR Business Associate supports our Colgate-Palmolive South Africa Commercial organization. The ideal candidate will contribute with both day-to-day and strategic work to drive people and organization initiatives that drive capability and support business growth.
You'll work with the HR Business Partners to execute business and HR priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management).
You will lead and manage our Emerging Leaders Program as well as our local Bursary and Learnership Programs.
Additional responsibilities will include the co-ordination and management of our training and development calendar and budget, managing our Employment Equity & BBBEE efforts with key stakeholders and optimizing efficiencies in all our HR work processes.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
At least 2 years of progressive HR experience; in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry preferred
