    Education / Experience / Competencies Required :

    • Minimum B.Com Honours degree in
    • Strategic Management
    • Marketing Management
    • Business Management
    • Logisitics Mangement
    • Other related BCom Honours studies
    • Additional Digital/Analytics courses completed will be an added advantage
    • 0 - 2  years of working experience
    • Must not have completed more than 1 internship/graduate program previously
    • Possess analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Numerate with good attention to detail
    • Result-focused with strong leadership, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
    • Strong implementation/team building /collaboration and  project management skills
    • Ability to work well under time pressure

    HR Business Associate - Midrand

    What role will you play as a member of the Human Resources team? 

    • The HR Business Associate supports our Colgate-Palmolive South Africa Commercial organization. The ideal candidate will contribute with both day-to-day and strategic work to drive people and organization initiatives that drive capability and support business growth. 
    • You'll work with the HR Business Partners to execute business and HR priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management). 
    • You will lead and manage our Emerging Leaders Program as well as our local Bursary and Learnership Programs. 
    • Additional responsibilities will include the co-ordination and management of our training and development calendar and budget, managing our Employment Equity & BBBEE efforts with key stakeholders and optimizing efficiencies in all our HR work processes.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
    • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience; in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry preferred
