HR Coordinator HRD (Mining - TMM) (Rustenburg) at Samancor Chrome

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Maintain competency of Mining employees by means of theoretical and practical training and competency assessments.

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:

• Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
• Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.)
• Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
• Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status

CUSTOMERS:

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction as specified

BUSINESS PROCESSES:

• Adhere to Chapter 2 Section 10 of MHSA
• Deliver training to employees
• Conduct assessments and moderation
• Assist during development of new course material
• Ensure that training facilities and equipment are maintained by conducting inspections and safety audits in area of responsibility
• Manage and control administration associated with area of responsibility
• Adhere to Chapter 2 Section 10 of MHSA

SHAREHOLDER:

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12/ N3
• ETDP Level 3
• Rock Breaking Level 3 Qualification or Blasting Certificate
• Assessor Certificate
• 3 Years’ relevant experience

Additional qualifications:

• Moderator (Advantageous)
• Underground TMM
