Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role, ideally within a retail environment.
• A solid foundation in core HR functions is essential. 
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional HR service

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive HR support to our support teams, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
• Championing a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and ensuring fair treatment.
• Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Builds strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
• Staying abreast of current HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.
