Main purpose of the role

Based on the Manage Payroll Policy, the Site Correspondent For Payroll is the site single point of contact for the Payroll Manager. This role can be split between several people, each covering a specific population or a functional scope. Reports to the HR Manager.

Essential responsibilities and duties

• As Site Payroll Correspondent the main missions of your role are:
• Person. Admin. Data Management : Data collection MPP 1.1, Data entry MPP 1.3
• Time Data Management : Data collection MPP 2.1, Data entry MPP 2.2, Check data quality MPP 2.3
• Payroll Data Management : Data collection MPP 3.1
• Master Payroll Data Management : Data collection MPP 4.1
• Payroll Calculation and Validation : Payroll run and check MPP 5.1
• Print Payslips, monitor delivery of payslips, MPP 6.1
• Distribute Payslips to the employee, MPP 7.1
• Payroll Support : Manage requests from Employees, MPP 10.2

Qualifications and position requirements

• HR or Payroll qualification

Experience:

• Experience in SAP and payroll administration

• Great attention to detail.
• Results oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• English required
