Your responsibilities

• Recruitment support
• Coordinate onboarding and induction 
• Employee relations
• CCMA and Labour Relations Management
• Performance Management
• Learning and Development
• Employment Equity and Compliance 
• HR Administration and Reporting 
• Payroll and Benefits support
• Employee Engagement and Wellness

The experience we're looking for

• 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Retail environment.
• Proven experience handling disciplinary matters and labour relations processes.
• Be able to represent the company at the CCMA-Conciliation and arbitration 
• Exposure to manage trade union relationship
