Job Description

• As an HR Intern you will assist with all the paperwork that comes with it. We are looking for people who know they have lots to learn, willing to work hard and go the extra mile to deliver quality service to our internal and external clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant HR Diploma / N6 (FET College)
• Hardworking and must be able to work under pressure
• Able to follow instructions well
• Excellent computer literacy in MS office applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate administrative processes
• Assist with wage employees data
• Ensure that the HR database is updated
• Ensure that all relevant company policies are signed and filed.
• Assist with manpower statistics.
• Liaise and assist the HR Manager to ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently
• General administrative duties
