HR Intern at Dentsu

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
• Support Talent Acquisition to source, screening and arrange interviews for candidates, as well as keeping their application records updated
• Support any HR projects as / when required such as meetings, training, surveys etc
• Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Key Requirements

• A Degree graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field.
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking
• Passion for working with people.
• Always display a “customer first" attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and have lots of energy and drive.
• Great organisational skills, deadline-driven and the ability to manage time well.
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a team, but has the ability to work independently
• The ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
