Skills, Experience & Education
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (NQF 7) in Industry Psychology or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal)
Excellent coordinating and presentation skills
An eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within an FMCG environment
Passion for people and building relationships
