HR Junior Productivity Clerk
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location KwaZulu-Natal
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Minimum Requirements
- Post matric with a diploma/degree in HR or Finance will be advantageous
- 1 - 2 years HR or Finance work experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
Duties and Responsibilities

Template
- Suggest ways to reduce hours –overtime /casual hours
- Prepare estimated cost of projected spend for the store
- Prepare targeted hours for casuals
- New engagements
Flexi
- Preparation of new engagements –store /service depts.
Contract /Perm
- Preparation of new engagements –store /Service departments
Adhoc work
- Assisting operations and service department to maintain correct staff costs
- Maintain correct templates
- Assist Regionals with Staffing requirements for Manager meetings
- Assist with queries
- Assist Administrator when required
