HR Manager at Hire Resolve

Description:

• Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their mining company based in KwaZulu-Natal. You will be responsible for leading the full human resources function by driving labour relations, legislative compliance, employee engagement and people development while supporting operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full human resources function in support of business objectives and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, employment regulations and company policies.
• Manage labour relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, dispute resolution and employee relations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, organised labour and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee records.
• Drive employment equity, skills development, succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management on people-related matters and legislative compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to promote operational excellence.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting, record management and compliance documentation.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist within the mining industry
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the LRA, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development Act
• Experience preparing for, attending and managing CCMA referrals, conciliations, arbitrations and
• related labour dispute processes
• Valid Driver's License
