HR Manager at Lexdan Select

• Lexdan Select is assisting a Mining Services company with their search for an HR Manager. The role is based in Pretoria.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Compliance:

• Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance. 

Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 

Training and Development:

• Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and overseeing employee development initiatives. 

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. 

Performance Management:

• Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. 

HR Strategy:

• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.

Requirements:

• minimum 7 years experience in HR
• experience in mining, engineering, manufacturing or related
• full time in office in Pretoria
