HR Officer at T&T Academy

PURPOSE:

• To provide end‑to‑end Human Resources support across operations, covering administration, recruitment, training, performance and talent management, and employee relations including formal representation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
• 5–7 years HR experience at junior/mid‑management level
• Proven labour relations management track record
• Experience with SAGE People and other HRIS systems
• Strong HR expertise in administration, recruitment, training, performance, talent and change management, employee relations, and labour legislation (LRA)
• Proficient in MS Office; skilled in SAGE 300, ReMeasure, Lexis Nexis checks, Graylink e‑recruitment, and HR software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with influence, persuasion, and ability to command respect
